BUSINESS WAS booming at the West Vancouver Rec Centre this summer, but if you are not part of a regular fitness program yet, you haven't missed the boat. **We had our largest summer at- tendance at fitness classes this year,’’ states Wendi Lacusta, phys- ical fitness coordinator for the West Vancouver Parks and Recre- ation Department, ‘‘and we have had more fitness freshmen, people who have never tried aerobics classes, join us this year than in my seven years here.”’ Last season, the West Van- couver Recreation Centre had an 84-year-old man join the First Time to Fitness program. He was going to embark on a new, more active lifestyle.
