The executive officer of the West Vancouver
Santa Claus Fund wants to warn residents
about a bogus phone solicitor.

The West Vancouver Santa Claus Fund provides tov and
food hampers tor needy West Vancouver residents “Fhe fund
does nor solicit money by phone, sard Ruth Stout, esecunive
officer of the tund for 30 years. Stout said that tor the Last
three weeks she received complaints about aman Calhng
people, stating he was widh the iad and asking tor mates
to pack food hampers. The Wost Vancouber Sania Chis
Fund uses the mai and not the phone to soligit tunds.
