Harry McNeil said one of the fares grabbed the cabbie from behind and cied to choke him. The cab passengers demanded money from the cabbie. The cabbie jumped out of his taxi and san off. The suspects caught him and a struggle ensued on the ground, according to police. The cab driver broke free and ran to his cab. Police say the cabbie ejuded the would-be robbers by hiding. The would-be robbers were described as Caucasian males, age 25. One of the suspects had a creweut. The suspects were picked up in downtown Vancouver. Brian James Milligan, 19, faces the charge in connection - with the death of Roy Nahanee.
