Hutchison heads NV

real estate division

THOMAS W. Hutchinson, a
real estate agent with Sussex
Group - Clive Pedley Realty,
was named president of the
650-member North Van-
couver Division of the Real
Estate Board of Greater
Vancouver at the board's
annual meeting February 20
at the Hotel Vancouver.
Hutchinson, who was first
licensed in real estate in
1978, joined Sussex in 1983.
He was elected a division
director for 1988/89 and
served as vice-president of
the division fast year. Hut-
chinson was also a member

of the bourd’s program
committee in 1988 and
business practices in 1989.

Canada, was named presi-
dent of the 475-member
West Vancouver division of
the Real Estate Board of
Greater Vancouver for a
third consecutive term at the
annual meeting on February
20 at the Hotel Vancouver.

Members of the West
Vancouver division serve
Canada’s most prestigious
neighborhoods. It is one of
seven geographical divisions
of the Real Estate Board of
Greater Vancouver which

provides services to the larg-
est portion of the Lower
Mainland.

Bragg, who was licensed
to sell real estate in Alberta
in 1969 before coming to
B.C. in the mid ‘70s, was
first elected a director of the
division in [984 and has
served in several positions
since.
