Perched high on a hill at
the top of Lonsdale Ave. in
North Vancouver. the home
of Frank Yazdani offers .a
180 degree view as well as all
the room a family could
want.

Last year Frank bought
the property which consisted
of two lots and an old house.
He tore down the old place,
then designed and construc-
ted the present three-level,
3600 square foot home.

The house has four bed-
rooms, three baths, two fire-

places, an office, a family
room and a roughed:-in base-
ment which Frank plans to
finish into a games room.

For convenience, there is
a central vacuum system and
intercoms throughout = the
house. To keep the heating
costs low. thermopane was
installed as well as very good
insulavon The lower half of
the house is brick which also
helps lower the heatung
costs

With the house virtually
