Vancouver Lions Club was
the announcement Tuesday
of a fund-raising drive for
charity through sale on the
North Shore of 20,000
pounds of McIntosh apples.

The Okanagan apples will
be sold at less than retail in
the parking-lot of the

Woolco Garden Centre in :

sale are Fred Pratt and Ed
Spray.

Goyer, comptroller for
the International Plaza
Hotel, succeeds North Shore
realtor Bernie Charpentier
as Lions president.
