treatment from this Aussie firm.

Massive, but polished and com-
plex; delivers a big mouthful of
rounded faintly melony fruit, then
surprises with an austere, slightly
metallic Chablis-like finish.

‘Would be superb with any richly
sauced seafood, chicken dish or,

- now that IT come to think of it,
turkey dinner.

Definitely my pick for Christmas
Dinner wine this year, though with
the mob we usually have I'll need
more than one.
