we’re prepared to pay the penal-

He said he doesn’t expect any
future spills now that sufficient
upgrading has been done to pre-
vent similar breakdowns.

The company has until
September to pay the fine, which
defence counsel Robert Breivik
assured would probably be paid
earlier.
