Before Judge J.L. McCarthy in North Vancouver provincial court on Jan. 11: Gary Richard Brolley received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for nine months after the 41-year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of assault in connection with a Sept. 25, 1989 incident.
