NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of North

Act of British Columbia, that a Public Hearing will
be held on MONDAY, MAY 15, 1989 at 7:30 p.m.

amendment to the “Zoning By-law, 1967” and the
“Zoning Map of the City of North Vancouver", which

To rezone Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 207, D.L. 545,
Plan 5481, located at 2100-2124 Eastern Avenue (in-
dicated in hatched pattern on the map below), from
RT-1 Two Family Residential 1 Zone to CD-167 Com-
prehensive Development 167 Zone to permit con-
struction of a 14-unit residential project on the site.

The amending bylaw will reguiate permitted use, size,
shape and siting of buildings and structures; off-
street parking and accessory off-street parking re-
quirements; location and screening of refuse con-
tainers; landscaping and maintenance and will re-
quire sight-line clearance of 15 feet from intersec-
tions of streets. The proposed bylaw will permit a
variance to the extent necessary to waive the special
setback requirements of principal buildings.
