introduce a builder certifica-
tion program to identify the
professional builder.

With the advance in
building technology and the
changes in demographics,
the CHBA-BC has deter-
mined that professionalism
among builders is essential,

CHBA-BC will be develop-
ing a comprehensive cur-
riculum and = examination

builder certification stan-

tion, a builder will be re-
quired to complete the re-
quired courses and examina-
tions, have five years experi-
ence in the residential con-
struction industry, be a
member of the CHBA for
