TWO NORTH Vancouver MLAs will meet with

B.C. Transit to protest ‘‘drastic’’
services in North Van that will lose ‘‘100,000 riders

annually.’’

North Van council voted
unanimously Monday to ask
Angus Ree (North
Vancouver-Capilano) and
Jack Davis (North
Vancouver-Seymour) to re-
quest that B.C. Transit drop
a recently announced two-
phase plan to cut back bus
services next year by
$807 000.
