(265.85 m?) of modern office space preferably within a 6
block radius of the Intersection of Lynn Valley Road and
Mountain Highway and on a transit route. The requirement
is for9 private offices, 1 staff meeting room and staff break
area, 1 counselling room, secure file storage room, open
