The tragic shooting of John Lennon has
sent shock waves around the world. John was
truly a giant in the music industry. He and
the Beatles sold 100 million singles and 100
million albums. John Lennon was noted for
his efforts to bring peace and love to the
world through his music which touched the
heads and hearts of countless fans.

Today’s question is:

‘What are your thoughts
on John Lennon?”’

Commission, though he will

board of directors.
Alderman Mary Segal is the

to the commission for 1981.
