I am writing to express
my outrage with the (North
Vancouver District) bylaw

prohibiting excessive idling”

of vehicles, which. has been

defined as idling more than -

two minutes in a 60 minute

period. The fine for this
offence is $50.

Iam the owner of a 1992
Dodge. Cummins. turbo
diesel truck. My truck is well
serviced and is in perfect
working order but if J don’t
