Proposed Text The Zoning Bylaw is amended by: Amendments: I. removing the bed and breakfast regulations from the Home Occupation Regulations in Section 405 and creating « anew Section 405A for Bed _ and Breakfast business regulation; . 2. amending Section 405 to permit only one home occupation in a building containing a bed and breakfast business; ' 3. eliminating the maximum floor area restriction for bed and breakfast businesses; - 4, establishing two classes of bed and breakfast businesses with limitations on the number of bed and breakfast bedrooms and patrons; 5. eliminating the prohibition on boarders and lodgers when a bed and breakfast business is in operation.
