A 49-year-old man suspected of breaking into a |

North’ Vaticouver RCMP responded to the 600 block of West

» Mth at 4:30 p.m, on June 24,

From her deck, a woman saw a man looking around her prop-
erty. She then saw him break into a car parked in a nearby alley,
She went for help from a neighbor. They managed to hold the
suspect. The man at the car had threatened her with a knife, said
a police spokesman. Richard Alexander Morris, of no- fixed
address, is charged with theft under $5,000, possession of stolen
property, assault with a weapon-and uttering threats,
