After a long, dulf winter, it is
once again nice. to see the
Sunshine Girl in living color.

alleged conflict, nor is it fair com-
ment on the premier's part to
attempt to try to deflect any respon-
sibility onto a member of the public.

Mr. Harcourt seems to have for-
gotten the position that he took
when leader of the Opposition.

The perception that people out-
side of the government have regard-
ing such issues is important. Not
only must our elected officials do
the right thing, they ought to be seen
as doing the right thing.
