BUREAU CELEBRA TES 75th ANNIVERSARY
Week honors business watchdog

THE B.C. government has officially proclaimed by order in
council, the week of April 5 to 11, Better Business Bureau

fostering and promoting honesty,
truthfulness and reliability in

non-profit bureau's services - in-
clude reliability reports on
businesses operating in the pro-
vince.

A current upgrade to computer
automation will triple the bureau's
service capacity to handle what
now averages at 38,000 requests
annually for information.

1986-87 Better Business Award
luncheon, Tuesday, April 7 at the

The year’s achievement award

and self-regulation.
