fined $200 after he pleaded guilty

Aug, 26, 1993 in North Vancouver
District,

Mea Maria Adelheid Bergh, 31,
of North Vancouver, received. 12
months* probation after she pleaded
guilty to stealing groceries belong-
ing to Canada Safeway on Nov. 22,
1993 in North Vancouver City.

Bergh was required to perform
15 hours of community work ser-
vice within 60 days of sentencing.

A probation term order states
that Bergh is not be be found at the
Canada Safeway store at 1300
Lonsdale Ave.

Before Judge Bill Rodgers in
North Vancouver provincial
court on Jan, 25:

“Yui Lam Ko, 34, of Vancouver,
received 12 months’ probation atter
he was found guilty of stealing
merchandise on Dec. 2, 199]
betunging to Lumberland Building
Materials Ltd. in North Vancouver
City.

Ko was required to pay $350
restitution,

A Cantonese interpreter was
required for court proceedings.
