2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
2-3 ov. packages orange jello
powder
2-10 oz. tins mandarin oranges
2 cups sour cream

Heat cranberry juice to boil-
ing, remove from heat and add
jello, stirring until dissolved.

Drain oranges very well, sav-
ing the juice. Measure 4 cup ef
juice and add to the gelatin mix-
ture. Chill until partially set.
Cut orange sections in half and
add to gelatin mixture along
with sour cream. Fold in and
turn into a lightly oiled 2 quart
