Man jailed Y
for theft

A 20-YEAR-OLD man of no fixed
address was sentenced Oct. #1 in
West Vancouver provincial court
to 15 days in jail after he pleaded
guilty to charges of theft under
$1,000 and mischief.

Ronald Bruce Cass was original-
ly charged in connection with Aug.
28 incidents in which a cassette
tape deck was stolen from a West
Vancouver female and a = car
dashboard was damaged.

In addition to the jail term, Cass
was placed on probation fcr one
