Uncle Ben’s mix might do for others but we rich folks will be buying our real rice from the Nearest gourmet shop. Fresh green beans are sufficient- ly out of ‘season to be expensive and a little side salad with avocados and artichoke hearts might be nice. anew And, now for dessert. Since rich people don’t spend a lot of time doing their own cook- ing and good help is hard to find, a visit to the bakery might be in BC. Grown order. Any bakery with a carpeted foyer should do, but if in doubt, lurk around until you see a lino pull up. Another choice might be some cheeses (imported, of course) and a bouquet of seedless grapes, im- ported from South Africa. An im- portant glass of port would add the right touch.
