Dr. Eric Buckley, president of the BCSTA, said many B.C. school districts have been active in the fight against child abuse for several years. “Our survey has shown con- clusively that much has, and is be-- ing done to protect children in. our schools,” Buckley said. _, EDUCATION IS KEY School districts. indicated that the number one child abuse priori- ty is the expanded use of educa- tional programs aimed at students, parents, : teachers, administrators : and the general public. “This- would. include a-man- _ datory curriculum from . kindergarten to.
