Vincent Anthony Ng, 31, was charged a year ago after an 18-year-old woman” was tied up, sexually assaulted and forcibly taken to another place where she was further - assaulted, according to the North Vancouver RCMP. Police say the woman was strangled by the accused. Ng, a former Carson. Graham student, has been in- jail since he was charged. He was denied bail pending the _ outcome of the court case.
