Police seized drug lab equipment, chemi- cals, some drugs and arrested a 19- year-old West Vancouver man in a Wednesday night raid at Park Royal Towers. Police are not releasing the man's name until charges have been taid, but he is likely to be charged with drug-related offences, said West Vancouver Police media liaison officer Paul Skelton. He said the suspect is known to police and is before the courts on another criminal matter. Skelton said the 6 p.m. raid was precipitated by a citizen's tip about a strong, chemical odor near the suspect’s apartment at 945 Marine Drive. “About. seven police officers entered the premises.
