85th year. Formerly of London. Ontario.
Willard ts survived by his loving wife of
6] years, Marion {nee Bakes). Very
special father of Elizabeth atts (and
the late Allan), Susan and her husband
Emie Zechman. Cherished grandfather
of Geoffrey and his wife Martina Mill-
man, Bradley Millman (Brenda Dutka),
Christopher Millman (Rebecca Shee},
Laura Millman, and great-grandfather of
Brittany and Sydney. He will be fondly
missed by his brother Priot of London,
Ontario and his sister-in-law Milcred
Waddington of St. Mary's, Ontario; and
ail his nieces and nephews. His warmth
and cating will be missed by afl of us
fortunate enough to have been a part of
his life, A memorial service will be held
at the Boal Chapel of FIRST MEMORIAL
FUNERAL SERVICES. 1505 Liilocet Road,
Nosth Vancouver on Saturday.

SMITH - Hazel Marie, 1919-1994, {t is
with deepest sadness that we announce
the passing of our mother Hazel Mare
Smith on September 18, 1994 at the
age of 75, at Evergreen House. She was
comfotted in her final moments with
her family by her side. {Act 1s tree now
to be with her husband Bert, daughter
Hilary and grandson Garry, She will be
lovingly semembeted by her son Barty
Goan), daughter Caratyn (Pat) and as
Nana to Deanna, Beva, Shana, Matthew
and James. Bors February 9, 1919, mom
lived a very vivacious and caring life,
from being an ambulance driver in
World War 1) England to a V.O0.N.
homemaker ia North Vancouver before
Alzheimers Disease confined hes to a
ved ios the last 8 years of her fragife
life. Mom's friends and relatives around
the world, from England to Hong Kong.
Ottawa to North Vancsuver, will
remember her for her gentle kindness,
her humour and her strength. She was a
grand little tady with an over abundant
personality and will be greatly missed by
all who knew her. The Family would like
to express their most heartfelt (hanks to
the nurses and staff of Evergreen House
for their kind and thoughtful assistance.
A memorial service will be held at 12
noon, September 24 at the Boal Chapel
of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1505
Lillooet Road, North Vancouver. in lieu
of flowers, donations in Hazel’s memory
to the Alzheimers Society of 8.C. would
