formance, a presentation of trends
for hair by award-winning stylist
Vivienne Mackinder, at the Arts
Club Theatre, Granville Istund,

Saturday, June 12: Burrard
Chapter No. 3, Order of the
Easter Star, will present its Pansy
Tea & Fashion Show featuring
Juhii fashions and costume jewel-
ry, from 1 to 3 p.m. at North

Lonsdale Ave., North Vancouver.
The event is wheelchair accessible.

identified the promotional gar-
ments as “‘sleepshirts."’ ;

Since the shirts are loose-fitting
and 100% cotton, they may not
comply with children’s sleepwear
regulations set out by the Con-
sumer and Corporate Affairs
Canada.

Associates of the Vancouver Art
Gallery (VAG) are accepting sub-
missions of full designs from Jocal
designers for inclusion in Design
Expose 1993, a fashion show
highlighting up-and-coming — de-
signers, to be held at the VAG
Nov. 9. A ininimum portfolio of
six designs is requested; up to 15
designers are to be selected by a
panel of judges. Contact event

Wednesday, June 16: Marilyn's
(formerly Champagne Taste) is
holding a champagne luncheon/
fashion show at the home of
boutique owner Marilyn Diligenti,
