Calendar features artists THE ART of a host of North Shore artists is being featured on a calendar put out by the North Shore Credit Union and a show at the local Sharli Galleries. “This is the first show where I’ve done North Shore artists on- ly,’? said gallery owner Sharon Gordon, who was asked by the credit union to put together the ar- tists for the calendar. ‘‘We’ve come up with something pretty good,"’ . The North Shore Credit Union calendar features local scenes by local artists, including Victor Ed- wards, Nancy O'Toole, Krista Gail Gerwing and Rudy Kavach. “There are some fantastic artists there,’’ Gordon said of the exhib- ition. Next fall, Gordon hopes to hold another show featuring North Shore artists. “I think that the show itself could become an annual North Shore show.”’ Running to Nov. 30, the North Shore Focus show is slated to be followed Dec. 3 to 6 by an exhib- ition of wood and stone sculptures by artist Maurice Gibbons.
