QUESTION: How do you go
about developing a lot more
will-power? I don’t follow
through very well in living up
to my ideals and precepts that
I know are good for me. I’m
not very good at standing up
for my convictions. I know
what’s right for me but I need
a lot more will-power in
order to live the way I know
is right. I set all sorts of rules
and goals for myself, but n0
matter how hard I try, I just
don’t seem to have the
Strength and the will-power
to live up to them. What do
you think I should do to
develop my will-power? Or
perhaps what I should ask is
what have you done to help
you live up to your own
rules? I would really like to
be strong and self-
