Canada during a

Metropolitan Church Council
backed them up, and their
contacts in government, the
radio industry, and Canada
Manpower were _ getting
some results. But for every
helpful offer they seemed to
get 20 rejections.

last two years, we’ve said,
‘That’s it—we quit’, ”’ says
Banford. ‘‘But it’s like you
