Entry to the forum is free. NSHR will provide lunch for participants as well as trans- portation to and from the hos- pital by special bus at four North — Shore locations: Delbrook Community Centre, North Shore Neighbourhood Hause, Parkgate Community Health Centre and West Vancouver Seniors Centre. The forum will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Medical Day Centre of Lions Gate Hospital. The forum will be an opportunity for residents, stakeholders and other interest- ed individuals to share their views on a series of important health issues. These issues include child health and development, quali- ty care and service, volunteer participation, partnerships to improve health, and communi- v based alternatives for seniors. Among those attending and iaking part in the discussions will be NSHR Chair Grant Spitz and members of the NSHR board.
