The min- istry’s finance and facilities advisory committee said they have no mandate (for our sug- gestions),” said Len Berg, the secretary-treasurer for the FFSC. “Clearly they did have a mandate; they just chose not to accept our recommenda- tions ... our recommendations are as good today as they were then.” In a June 4 letter to Shell Harvey, assistant deputy min- ister of education, FFSC chairman Barb.
