Robbery charges

A TANNING studio clerk had a kuife pointed at her neck
during a robbery 6n Monday in West Vancouver.

West Vancouver Police say robbers made off with cash
and a telephone from The Beach Tanning Studio, 636 Clyde
Ave. A 17-year-old male, of no fixed address, and a 17-year-
old West Vancouver female were each charged with rob-
bery. Their names can’t be published.

Lane closure

TWO EASTBOUND lanes of the Upper Levels Highway
will be closed to traffic between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 6
a.m. Thursday at Mosquito Creek Bridge.

The closure will allow crews working on the Westview
Interchange to place scaffolding under the bridge for seis-
mic upgrading.
