Shortly after, the police, she said, came and took away all Henderson's weapons for good, McPherson said that Henderson would say things like he “blew away six police officers at the top of Keith (Road).” He believed he had 16 chil- dren whom she would not fet him talk to on the phone. She said Henderson threatened her and her family. “He would say things like, ‘You have no intelligence. You have no brain... You don’t deserve to live on iy wal ks this earth ... If you don’t shut up, (Ml get you, and if feat get you, UI get your family, “ she said. McPherson also testified that she didn’t think Henderson would hurt her or anybody else untess pro- voked. She said she had no knov-ledge of Henderson’s “hit list,” which had Flather’s nage at the top.
