Walk for guide dogs

CANADIAN GUIDE Dogs For
The Blind is holding a second an-
nual fund-raising walk, Go For
Guide Dogs, to be held on Sunday
May 28, in Staztey Park.

The five-kilometre walk com-
mences at 10 a.m. at Devonian
Harbour Park (Georgia and Den-
man) and is a circular route
around the seawall to Lumber-
man’s Arch then through Stanley

Park past the Aquarium, Malkin
Bowl, and returning to the starting
point.

Registration at the waik starts at
9:15 a.m. and costs $6 for adults,
$4 for children and seniors, or $18
for the whole family. All costs of
this event are covered by donation
from sponsors Ralston Purina
