The newspaper later became known as_ The Ciuzen, with Hall serving as managing editor and assistant publisher, and was to the forefront of cam- paigns leading to the con- struction of the Lions Gate Hospital, the North Van- couver Recreation Centre, North Shore Neighbourhood House, the Silver Harbour Manor, plus schools, senior citizens’ housing and proved facilities.
