campaign in Vancouver in 1957,

Calder’s exhaustive investiga-
tion into a court case in
Richmond nearly ten years
ago.

The Richmond case is
almost identical to the one in
Calgary.

Chief Calder says, “Early
adoption of these guidelines
in the GVRD and throughout
B.C may have prevented the
reoccurrence of such acci-
dents in B.C.”
