Chilliwack fests classic car show on Sunday

around the Pacific
Northwest are invited
Sunday to the Rotary
Club’s 19th Annual
Classic Car Show,
Concours D’Elegance.
The exceptional inventory
of classic vehicles on display is
truly a labour of love by their
very “proud owners. More
than 100 mint condition clas-
sic cars await visitors at beauti-
ful Minter Gardens, just east
of Chilliwack in the scenic
Fraser Valley, from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. British classics, North
American beauties and a spec-
tacular 1933 Pierce-Arrow

be featured at the self: pro-
claimed leading automotive’
event in Western Canada.

vided by the Dixieland Jazz
group jam Session. Twelve
artists will feature the best in
automotive art. There will
even be a children’s colouring
contest and great door prizes.
Bloomer’s Garden Café
will be open at 9 am. for
breakfast and the Trillium
Buffet lunch will be served
from Li am. to 2 p.m.
Minter Gardens, a 27-acre
masterpiece of floral artistry,
features 12 uniquely-themed
gardens designed to dazzle
the senses with massive dis-
plays of colour and fragrance.

and interspersed among. all
