Owners Joyce & Colette are very chatty and the first to offer you a fresh brewed cup of coffee in a real China cup. Their idea was to create a fashion store with reasonable prices so combining new merchandise with pre-owned clothes seamed the logical choice. If these first 3 weeks of business are any indication Luxury Rags has found the winning combination. Joyce has worked in retail on the North Shore for the last 10 years. Colette raised 2 daughters and calls herseif. a second hand rose. She's hoping to add wardrobe planning and in-home consultation to this new business.
