jailed by courts

COLIN CAMPBELL DAGG, the former Hand-

sworth drama_ teacher

who pleaded guilty to

charges of gross indecency earlier this year, will

spend time in jail after all.

The B.C. Court of Ap-
peals Friday overturned the
sentence imposed by North
Vancouver provincial court
and ordered Dagg to serve
30 days in jail. He will serve
thal sentence on weekends.

Dagg was originally given
18 months probation and
was ordered to perform 300
hours of community work.
That sentence was appealed
