jeopardized by this year’s
$9,000 jump in taxes.

“Our problem is taxes and

the high cost of doing
business,” McKay said. “Our

. taxes have gone from
- °$14,980 in 1980 to $16,800 in
1981 to $25,400 this year.
“We're just asking for a
little leniency in our taxes.”
McKay suggested that if
that was not possible,

to help them continue
supporting the baseball
teams, air cadets, track and
field, bursaries and
scholarships now sponsored
by the organization.
