But the conference's value to locals placed in the global spotlight is nothing to scoff at. North Vancouver’s Tony Grove is a custom furniture builder and was onc the artists whose kK, don’t buy wares were on display during the conference. Grove contributed two pieces that were exhibited at the Crossroads Display at the Robson Square convention centre. One of those was a standing globe made of a combination of black walnut and mahogany wood. It stands about 3.5 feet high and tuok about 100 hours of his time to complete.
