rare passenger run to
Squamish and back.
The 2860 was buiit in
1940. The 3716 was built
in 1912. The engines are
operated by BC Rail.

TRANSLINK has intro-
duced exterior bike racks
to West Vancouver's Blue
Bus fleet.

West Vancouver is the
third area of the Vancouver
segion where bike rack service
has been introduced. Exterior
bike racks were first installed
in 1994 and 1995 on buses
travelling Highway 99
through the Massey Tunnel.

Said West Vancouver
Mayor Pat Boname, “In
1996, the Blue Bus system
became fully wheelchair
accessible. The addition of
bike racks gives us one more
reason to be extremely proud
of the level of service provid-
ed by the West Vancouver sys-
tem.”
