take training lead

MORE THAN a hundred firemen from 26 depart-
ments from throughout B.C. went back to school
last week, thanks in large part to the North Van-
couver District Fire Department.

The occasion was a two-
day Fire Ground Command
training session at the Justice
Institute of B.C., a program
inaugurated and then co-
sponsored by the North Van
force
