Berton Place,

Over this past year (1999),
there has been no less than six
oceasions when vehicles have
driven over the grass at the
corner of Berton and Bendale
in front of may honie.

On one occasion, the
vehicle backed on to the lawn
and purpasefally spun its
tires. Berween 3 p.m.
December 24th and & p.m.
December 28th it happened
twice again.

in miost cases, the vehicles
have been travelling south on
Rertan, cutting across the
oncoming lane, through the
grass and cast on Kendale.
Not only is the vandalism of
preat concern, bat the path of
the vehicies is very dangerous
cutting through the oncom-
ing lane Owice.

Some vehicles have been
spotted carrying teenaged
occupants and stopping at
hemes on Berton.

This vandalism must stop
and | will be taking steps to
stop vehicles from entering
the lawned area. { would ask
