The charges‘ against Susan Catherine Low, 46, both fell under the Motor Vehicle Act. If convicted, the North Vancouver woman will receive six: driving demerit points and a possible fine. The victim in the case was a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Coun, Ernie Crist, the district’s representative on the Greater Vancouver Regional District’s Transportation and Strategic Planning Committee, argues the North Shore needs rapid transit for economic reasons and to maintain North Shore livability.
