In addition, the majority of those people have had a minimum of two jobs in the past five years. The Vancouver personnel agency Lyn Bailey and Associates released the survey based on interviews with over 1,200 job-seeking candidates over the last six months of 1987, The company found that half of those surveyed had been faid off, were at the end of a contract, had to relocaté when a spouse was transferred, or the company had moved or closed. Only three per cent were fired from their previous job.
