Officer guilty A VANCOUVER City Police sergeant received a condi- tional discharge recently in connection with a charge of assaulting a Capilano Highway Services Co. employee at the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. Pavel Andrash, 45, was found guilly of the charge stemming from a July 18, 1992, incident. The police officer was not on duty at the time. Andrash, a Richmond resident, also received six months’ probation and was required to perform 10 hours of community work service.
