Did you know Gary got started in business way hack in August 1975? His first ncail location was on Marine Drive and
when Gary first opened his doors, he was in the business of fixing washers, dryers, dishwashers and fridges. Over the
‘years, Gary realized that there was a market for replacement barbecue parts and hence, Gary changed gears
many years age and opted to have fun selling barbecues and stocking those hard to find parts that
sometimes need replacing. Gary is proud to say, “when it comes to parts if we don’t have it, there is a good chance
that nobody does.”
Johnstone's Barbecues and Fireplaces have been on Pemberton since 1983. Gary Johnstone and his wife Janice operate
the store together with a collection of experienced staff Over the years Johnstone's has become synonymous with
barbecues, and now, gus fireplaces.
Barbecue brands we stock are Weber, Broil King, Napolean, DCS, PGS, Fire Magic and Lynx in our showroom and we
sells replacement pants for those brands as well as all others, stocking about 40,000 harbecue parts. When the staff aren't
helping you find that difficult replacement part or selling a barbecue, they are busy
